Enrichment & Lifestyle Coaching

Supporting dogs who are bored, restless, anxious, overstimulated, or struggling to settle into daily life.

Behavior problems don’t always come from disobedience. Many stem from unmet biological and emotional needs.

Our Enrichment & Lifestyles Program is designed to help your dog thrive mentally, physically, and emotionally. Perfect for all ages and breeds, this program reduces boredom, decreases problem behaviors, and builds confidence, engagement, and focus. Most dogs benefit from 4 to 8 sessions depending on energy level, age, and lifestyle. This allows us to build, adjust, and maintain enrichment routines that actually reduce problem behaviors and improve quality of life.

Enrichment & Lifestyle Coaching addresses the root of common behavior challenges by creating:

• Structured daily routines
• Mental stimulation plans
• Breed appropriate outlets
• Calmness development
• Impulse regulation skills
• Owner handler education

All protocols are rooted in evidence based positive reinforcement and emotional wellness training.

Lifestyle & Enrichment Assessment

1 Private Session | 60 Minutes

The Lifestyle & Enrichment Assessment is the required first step for all enrichment services. This session allows us to evaluate your dog’s daily routine, stress levels, mental stimulation, and current outlets to ensure enrichment is appropriate, effective, and safe.

During this session, we assess how your dog spends their day, identify gaps in physical and mental engagement, and determine which enrichment activities will best support their emotional well being and behavior.

This assessment is required because enrichment must be tailored to the individual dog. Without understanding routines, stress, and available outlets, enrichment recommendations may be ineffective or increase frustration rather than reduce it.

This session is required prior to starting any enrichment or lifestyle program.

Daily Life Enrichment Package

4 Private Sessions | Weekly or Biweekly

This package is designed to help dogs develop healthy outlets for mental and physical stimulation within their everyday routines. Rather than adding random activities, we create structured enrichment that fits your dog’s needs and your lifestyle.

Each session builds on the previous one to ensure skills are learned, refined, and maintained.

What to expect:
• Session 1: Education and enrichment setup
• Session 2: Skill building and adjustments
• Session 3: Generalization and problem solving
• Session 4: Review, progression, and long term maintenance plan

Four sessions are required to create meaningful change. Fewer sessions provide information only, not training.

Advanced Enrichment & Confidence Building

6–8 Private Sessions

This program is for dogs who need more than basic enrichment. Ideal for high energy dogs, adolescents, dogs lacking confidence, or dogs showing stress related behaviors linked to under stimulation.

Enrichment in this program is carefully shaped and progressed to build problem solving skills, resilience, and confidence across environments.

Session structure:
• Minimum of 6 sessions
• Up to 8 sessions for high energy, anxious, or adolescent dogs

Why this program works:
• Enrichment is introduced gradually and progressed intentionally
• Dogs need repetition across different contexts
• Owners receive ongoing coaching and feedback
• Confidence is built through repeated success over time

This program focuses on lasting behavior change, not entertainment.

Home & Lifestyle Integration

2 Private Sessions

This add on program ensures that training and enrichment are consistently applied across the household.

Session breakdown:
• Session 1: Household implementation and routines
• Session 2: Follow up and refinement

This program helps prevent regression, confusion, and inconsistency by teaching all household members how to support the dog’s enrichment plan effectively.
